Mindful Tai Chi were invited to run some early morning introduction to Tai Chi workshops for people at the Underneath The Stars folk music festival held at Cannon Hall on 26th and 27th July. Ann Rusby (Kate’s mum) studied Tai Chi with David and thought that some early morning exercise would make a good start to the day for festival goers. Over sixty people joined in on Saturday morning and forty more on Sunday. Joe Rusby, one of the organisers said,” I would like to say a huge thank you for being part of our first event and taking a risk to be involved at such an early stage, it definitely seemed popular and many people commented on your great workshops and I would love if you would be a part of the festival again”.
