Tai chi’s health benefits for body and mind


We all really enjoyed it. I was disappointed that I had to dip out to deal with people coming into the office, but found it very worthwhile.

It was talked about in the afternoon, and I am delighted to say that there were no negative comments, despite speculation at the outset. One colleague says “great for posture”, and it certainly raised, for other individuals, awareness that they have trouble relaxing their bodies and the strain it puts on their system.

I will forward any good photos on to you with pleasure.

It may well be a session to include a couple of times a year, so I am sure we will be in touch in the future.
