Tai chi’s health benefits for body and mind


I’ve  always known the importance of good health, but like many never had time to invest in myself.

On retiring I found time and researched for about six months before selecting an instructor who had  the integrity and professionalism I was looking for.  I wanted some-one for whom it was a vocation, this is what I found with David.

His style is full of warmth and natural ability that links the moves to various parts of your body it is   delivered with a depth of knowledge that enhances confidence, he communicates clearly in a way that encourages people to reach their potential  at a pace that allows learning to be reinforced, he’s always willing to answer questions.

Without a doubt it’s something I should have done 10 years ago.
