"I was prescribed Tai Chi by Dr North.

Following a PE in January 2010 I had eighteen months of health problems which left me unfit and run down.

Then I listened to Dr North’s advice and took some ownership over my own health issues.

Now I attend a cardiac gym twice a week, stick to my diet plan, and practise Tai Chi daily.

I am now fitter, stronger, mostly pain free, calmer and more confident.

Thanks to Chris North for the prescription and David and Brian for the medicine.

I found it quite a challenge to move from Tai Chi beginner; mostly following the tutor; to an intermediate student capable of completing the short form alone.

Eventually I got a great sense of achievement when I completed the short form on my back lawn with no cribbing!

I know I do not do it perfectly but that is something to work on. In Tai Chi there will always be something to work on to improve and progress."
